the intelligence layer for your entire organization

Uncertainty costs
you millions.

It shouldn’t.

insora lets your entire organization make better decisions and save valuable time by turning fragmented internal and external information into one decision-ready knowledge graph. Every high-stake decision is based on a logical hypothesis system and complete, verified data. EU-sovereign. Fully transparent. No hallucinations.

The problem

Your organization is leaking millions. Unnoticed.

Every day your team makes decisions based on incomplete information, even though it exists: buried across tools and inboxed, trapped in the brilliant minds of the people in your organization, or hidden in a deck nobody can find.

People cross Slack, email, SharePoint, SAP, and more before finding an answer — if it exists, if they can access it, if anyone remembers it.

Every choice without your full knowledge is a bet — sometimes small, sometimes multimillion-euro. You rarely know which until after.

For a 100-person organization, this is over €1.2M per year in recoverable losses — before counting a single decision made under incomplete information.

How it works

From scattered data to verified knowledge.

Six steps from fragmented information to closed knowledge gaps and better decisions.

01
Connect

Integrate everything your organization already uses — Microsoft 365, SAP, Slack, Salesforce, and 40+ more. Setup takes less than an hour.

Setup < 1h
02
Extract

insora detects entities, relationships, and facts across every connected source. Each extraction is quality-scored. Sensitive data is pseudonymized before processing.

GDPR-compliant
03
Organize

Knowledge structures itself by domain — legal, engineering, finance, operations, market intelligence — reflecting your organization's actual knowledge density.

Auto-structured
04
Simulate

Using Bayesian Value of Information analysis, insora models what your organization's optimal knowledge looks like — tailored to your industry, size, and decision patterns.

VOI-optimized
05
Detect

Every gap between actual and optimal knowledge is surfaced and ranked by decision impact — missing facts, stale documents, unexplored domains.

Gap-ranked
06
Resolve

Specialized agents close gaps automatically: retrieving information, routing questions to the right expert, and adversarially verifying every fact added to the knowledge base.

Security & compliance

Built for European enterprise.

EU-sovereign infrastructure, GDPR by architecture, and full audit trails. No compromises.

EU-sovereign infrastructure
Your data never leaves European servers of European companies. No US language models. All processing happens within EU jurisdiction.
GDPR by architecture
Data minimization, right to deletion, and pseudonymization before processing. Privacy is structural, not a policy layer.
Zero hallucinations
Every output is anchored to verified facts in your knowledge base. Adversarial verification catches inconsistencies before they reach decisions.
Full audit trails
Source tracing for every answer. Full audit logs of who accessed what, when, and why. No black-box decisions.
Role-based access control
Keycloak SSO, RBAC, and role import. Every user sees exactly what their role allows — nothing more.
On-premises deployment
Run insora entirely within your own infrastructure. ISO 27001 preparation included. SLA-ready for enterprise contracts.

About us

The people behind insora.

We met at an accelerator in London. We believe AI should be accessible, intuitive, safe, and highly capable for organizations of all kinds.

CEO

Hey, great to see you here - I'm Benno! I graduated from Karlsruhe Institute of Technology (KIT) and UC Berkeley with a degree in Industrial Engineering & Operations Research with distinction. At KIT, I founded and led SkyLab, a student club focused on autonomous drone technology. In contrast to my technical background, I've always been passionate about art and design... and if I'm not creating things, you'll find me playing basketball, snowboarding in the Alps (since I was 5!) or taking my old Yamaha XT 500 on an adventure which I restored with my dad.

CTO

Hey, I'm Adam! I studied Computer Science at the University of St Andrews and U Michigan. Before co-founding insora, I built production ML systems at Blindspot AI, and a complete system to enhance satellite imagery. Currently, I'm focusing on Applied Machine Learning and building highly capable & useful agentic networks; at university I led the largest student tech & computing society. When I'm not training models, I'm usually in the gym or learning something new before most people wake up.
